Italian Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 c. olive oil or other oil
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. dried basil or oregano
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a large jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well.
Makes 2 cups.
