Mock Chicken Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water (if canned Fri Chik is used liquid from it may be used instead of water)
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. corn oil
    4 1/2 c. ground mock chicken meat
    2 tsp. McKay's chicken style seasoning
    1 tsp. Accent
    3 eggs
    1 c. canned milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour water over bread crumbs and let stand while mixing other ingredients.
    Saute onion and celery in corn oil.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put into loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Center must be firm.
    This roast is good baked one day and reheated the next.
