Rousso'S Sauteed Crabmeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped green onions, with tops
    1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 lb. fresh lump crabmeat, drained and flaked
    1/3 c. cream sherry
    fresh parsley
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until tender, but not mushy.
    Add crabmeat and sherry; cook until heated through. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
    Makes 4 small or 2 large servings.
