Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal mix
    2 eggs
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    jalapenos to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except cheese.
    Pour half of mixture into a greased pan.
    Spread cheese on top.
    Pour remaining mixture over top of cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
