Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. corn flakes, crushed
    shortening
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Combine meat, egg, onion, milk, corn flakes, salt and pepper. Form into patties, roll in flour.
    Brown in shortening.
    Place on cookie sheet; cover with mushroom soup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
