Ice Cream Dessert (1) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    80 Ritz crackers, crushed (save 1/4 c. for top)
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
    2 small vanilla instant pudding
    1 1/2 c. milk
    12 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix margarine with crumbs and press into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix 1/2 of 1/2-gallon ice cream, pudding and milk.
    Beat 4 minutes. Spread on Ritz crackers.
    Top with Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle with crumbs.
    Chill in refrigerator, if using same day, or freeze up to 4 months.
