Cream Of Tomato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 medium peeled tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 small onion or more
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix tomatoes, bay leaf, sugar, salt, pepper and onion.
Simmer about 10 to 15 minutes.
Mix butter, flour and milk to make a sauce.
Slowly add the hot tomato mixture to the sauce.
