Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. grated onion
    1 can Mexicorn (whole kernel corn)
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0.
