Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. ground turkey
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine, softened
    1 1/2 tsp. water
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. ketchup
    2 hamburger rolls, toasted
    1 packet instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
Preparation
    In bowl, combine turkey, margarine, water and broth mix.
    Form into 2 patties.
    Spray skillet with Pam and heat over medium-high heat.
    Add patties and brown on both sides.
    Reduce heat to low and add onions.
    Cover pan and cook until patties are no longer pink inside, 5 to 8 minutes.
    Serve each burger topped with 2 teaspoons ketchup and half the cooked onion slices on toasted rolls.
