Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. Crisco shortening
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. water
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
Cut in Crisco to crumble consistency.
Mix together the egg, vinegar and water; add to flour mixture.
Work together to make dough.
If dough is too dry, add more water than recipe calls for to make a nice soft dough, but not too sticky.
Refrigerate dough in wax paper until ready to use, or can use right away.
