Lobster Fra Diavolo(My Personal Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 live lobsters, cleaned and cut into 5 pieces each
    1/4 c. olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. red crushed pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. linguine
Preparation
    Wash
    and
    clean
    lobster.
    Remove
    stomach
    sack
    and reserve tomally, if
    desired.
    In large saucepan, heat oil and saute garlic and onion until tender but not brown.
    Add tomato sauce and
    tomatoes;
    stir
    well, squashing tomatoes slightly. Add the rest of
    the ingredients and cook for 20 minutes.
    Add lobster to cooking
    sauce
    and
    cook an additional 30 minutes. Serve over linguine,
    cooked according to package directions. Makes 4 servings.
