Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained (do not rinse)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar and vinegar for dressing.
    Mix vegetables to sauerkraut and add dressing.
    Chill and cover for several hours. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
