Scrambled Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. mild pork sausage
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Crumble and brown sausage.
    Drain and cool.
    In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
    Add cubed bread and stir.
    Add cheese and sausage.
    Refrigerate in a 9 x 13-inch pan overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
