Meat Loaf (St. Croix, Vi) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. red chile sauce
    2 Tbsp. mustard powder
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 can pineapple rings
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Make sauce of mustard, water, tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar and juice from pineapple.
    Top loaf with pineapple rings.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
