Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
5 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. water
juice from 1/2 lemon
Preparation

Melt butter in pan; set aside.
Beat egg yolks with water and lemon juice.
Cook in double boiler until mixture is thick. Slowly add melted butter to egg mixture, beating constantly.
Use immediately.
