Old Fashioned Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 medium can crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Sift flour and dry ingredients together. Add oil and eggs. Mix well.
Add pineapple (except for 2 tablespoons) and carrots. Add nuts.
Bake in three 9-inch pans. Grease and flour.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
