Rosie'S No Fat Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    2 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Slice potatoes into strips.
    Pat dry.
    Toss potato strips with egg whites and seasoning.
    Bake on a large cookie sheet, sprayed generously with Pam, for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Important to turn every 5 minutes.
    This is what crisps the fries.
    Serves 4.
