Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 envelopes Lipton chicken noodle soup
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Brown, crumble and drain sausage and set aside. In covered saucepan, cook soup mix, rice and water for 7 minutes. Then combine all ingredients and place in baking dish (may be prepared day before needed). Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven; serves 8 to 10. Good served with mushroom gravy.
