Corn And Tomato Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    1 c. milk
    2 big tomatoes, peeled & chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. corn kernels
    Parsley, minced
    Croutons
Preparation
    In soup pot cook onion, bell pepper and garlic in butter until soft. Add milk, tomatoes, herbs, salt and pepper. Cover and bring to gentle boil, lower heat and simmer 1 minute. Discard bay leaf. Add corn kernels, reheat and season with salt to taste. Garnish with parsley and pass the croutons.
