Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. diced potatoes
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 stick butter
    dash of pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, salt, pepper and celery seed in a small amount of water until done. Add milk and bring to a boil. Add butter. Make a thickening of 3 tablespoons of flour and a little water. Add thickening to soup and cook a few more minutes, until soup thickens.
