Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together and add the remaining ingredients; mix by hand only.
Pour into a greased 10-inch tube pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until toothpick comes out clean.
