Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie shell
2 large sweet potatoes
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Carnation can (small one)
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
Preparation

Boil potatoes whole or peel and slice (cut up).
Cook until done.
Drain water off and blend together while hot.
Add margarine, sugar, milk, egg and flour.
Blend well and pour into pie shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
