24-Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. whipped cream
    2 c. cherries (maraschino)
    2 c. pineapple
    2 c. oranges
    2 c. marshmallows
    coconut to taste
Preparation
    Cook eggs, vinegar and sugar, stirring until thick.
    Add butter.
    Cool.
    Fold in cream.
    Fold in fruits.
    Let stand covered in refrigerator 2 hours, stirring several times.
