Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. pineapple tidbits
    1/2 c. orange segments
    1/4 c. maraschino cherries
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 banana, sliced
    3/4 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients.
    Drain; save juice.
    Slice the banana; cover with the juice.
    Whip the heavy cream.
    Add the mayonnaise.
    Drain banana.
    Fold lightly the fruits into the cream and mayonnaise.
    Pour into pan.
    Cover.
    Freeze for 5 or 6 hours. Cut into slices; serve on lettuce.
