Chicken Or Tuna And Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cooked chicken breasts, diced and chilled or 6 oz. canned tuna
    1 c. cold, cooked brown rice
    1/2 c. fresh cut up pineapple or 1/2 c. canned unsweetened chunks
    1 banana, cut up
    1 c. any other fruit, canned or fresh
Preparation
    Combine the fruits and chicken and rice; add 1/2 cup mayonnaise, thinned with 1 tablespoon vinegar.
