Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Drizzle into hot oil.
    Turn when brown (about 1/2 minute).
    Brown other side.
    Top with powdered sugar. (Use iron skillet.)
