Sweet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) jar Mt. Olive kosher dill pickles
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 medium size onion, grated
Preparation
    Cut off ends and slice pickles thinly crosswise.
    Mix sugar, vinegar and grated onion together.
    Add pickles and leave uncovered on cabinet overnight.
    Put in jars.
    Will keep well in refrigerator.
