Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. warm water
4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. melted butter
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. brown sugar
5 Tbsp. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
-
In a cup combine yeast with warm water.
In a pot, scald milk. Blend in sugar until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat.
Let stand until warm.
Blend egg and yeast.
In a large bowl, combine yeast mixture with flour and cinnamon.
Blend butter.
