Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pieces cube steak
    1 green pepper
    2 stalks celery
    1 large onion
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    oil to brown meat
    flour to coat meat
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Coat steak with flour.
    Brown quickly in hot oil, now add chopped vegetables to steak.
    Add salt and pepper; now cover with tomatoes.
    Cover and cook at medium heat for 1 hour.
