Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 4 breasts (reserve broth)
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender; bone chicken and tear into bite size pieces.
    Put into large baking dish.
    Melt margarine.
    Add sweet milk, pepper, salt and margarine to broth; bring to a boil. Pour over chicken.
    Make batter of flour, buttermilk and oil; pour over top of pie.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or until top is brown.
