Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crushed pineapple
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
2 c. pecans
Preparation
-
Soften cheese; mix all ingredients except 1 cup of pecans. Chill.
Form into a ball and roll in other cup of pecans.
Serve with crackers.
