Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) bag potatoes
    8 hard-boiled eggs
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1/2 jar sweet pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. celery salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    mayonnaise (enough to make consistency you like)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until done.
    Let cool about 20 minutes; then peel off skins.
    Dice potatoes in bowl.
    Chop hard-boiled eggs and add to potatoes.
    Add rest of ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
