Ingredients

3 - 5 lb. London Broil Roast sliced thin across grain
1 - 5 oz. bottle liquid smoke
1 - 16 oz. bottle soy sauce
1 - 12 oz. bottle Worchestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. red pepper seeds
3 Tbsp. ground black pepper
1 tps. each salt and granulated garlic
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Mix well.
Pour over meat.
Marinate over night. Put in dehydrator or 100 degree oven draped over bamboo skewers.
Leave oven door open.
