Potato Casserole For 12 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese, grated
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium onion
    1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except potatoes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add potatoes and mix well.
    Place in 9 x 12 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Could halve it.
