Sweet And Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. spareribs
6 Tbsp. shoyu
3 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sherry
1/2 c. salad oil
2 slices ginger, crushed
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. water
1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation

Marinate spareribs in shoyu, cornstarch, salt and sherry for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in saucepan.
Brown ginger and garlic in oil.
Brown spareribs.
Drain off excess fat. Add vinegar, brown sugar and water.
Simmer 30 minutes or until done.
Add pineapple chunks and heat through.
