Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 qt. popped corn
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put popped corn in large buttered roaster.
    Boil margarine, sugar and syrup for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add soda, salt and vanilla.
    It will foam.
    Pour over corn.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring it every 15 minutes.
