Bean And Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (30 oz.) can vegetarian or fat-free refried beans
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1/2 tsp. cumin (optional)
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    12 tortillas (6-inch size)
    2 cans (10 oz. each) enchilada sauce or mix pack
    1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
    4 oz. grated low-fat Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spray a large skillet with nonstick coating.
    Add onion and ground meat.
    Cook until done.
    Add next 4 ingredients and mix well.
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick coating.
    Add 1/4 teaspoon garlic to each can of enchilada sauce.
    Pour 1/2 can of enchilada sauce in the bottom of pan.
    Follow one of these methods: Roll or layer.
