Peanut Butter Cookies(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups flour
    1/4 cup cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
    1/4 cup water
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
Preparation
    In bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 1 inch balls, using about 1 teaspoon of dough for each.
    Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Flatten with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or light brown.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes almost 4 dozen.
