Taco Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 to 1 1/2 green peppers, chopped
1 garlic clove, mashed
1 tsp. (heaping) sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. cumin
salt to taste

Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Heat to desired thickness and can at 10 pounds pressure for 5 minutes.
