Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 medium onions
    1 c. white rice
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish, in oven.
    Add ingredients and slice onions round on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
