Cream Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    coconut or sliced bananas
Preparation
    In saucepan mix sugar, flour and salt.
    Gradually add milk and egg.
    Cook until thick over low heat, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and bananas or coconut.
    Pour into baked pie crust or graham cracker crust and top with whipped topping when cool or meringue.
