Lemon Coconut Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft shortening (half butter)
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Mix shortening and sugar thoroughly.
    Stir in flour.
    Press and flatten mixture with hand to cover bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch oblong pan.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
