Eastern Shore Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

1 lb. fresh crab meat
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 hard-cooked egg, sliced
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
soft bread crumbs

Preparation

Combine
crab
meat,
salt, pepper, eggs, butter, lemon juice and
Worcestershire
sauce\tin a medium mixing bowl; mix well. Combine crab cake mixture with just enough bread crumbs to shape mixture into small cakes.
