Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    margarine
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 oz. or 1 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
    1 Tbsp. onion
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms.
    Chop stems to make 1/4 cup.
    Cook mushroom caps in margarine for five minutes.
