Saute Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 medium size zucchini
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cut all zucchini in 1/4-inch thick slices.
    Set aside.
    Melt butter or margarine for 20 seconds.
    On Medium heat, cook zucchini and butter until vegetables are transparent and tender. Makes 2 to 4 servings.
