Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    coconut (frozen)
    2 small pastry crusts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put in unbaked shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until center slightly moves.
    This pie freezes well.
    Makes 2 small pies.
