Verna'S Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rice
    yellow squash
    zucchini squash
    onion
    garlic
    pepper
    tomatoes, sliced
    cooked ground beef or turkey
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Layer in casserole dish in order listed, with rice on bottom only to absorb liquid.
    Add grated cheese the last 5 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0 or microwave until vegetables are tender.
