Cheese And Spinach Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 beaten eggs
    2 lb. large curd cottage cheese, drained
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    1/2 lb. Brick cheese
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach (thaw and drain; do not cook)
    1 stick butter
    8 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cut up cheeses in small pieces.
    Cut up butter in small pieces.
    Mix cheeses and butter
    with spinach by hand; add the flour and beaten eggs.
    Mix
    well
    with
    spoon.
    Add
    salt\tto taste.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan (greased).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Do not cover; serve hot or cold.
    Can be frozen.
