Bea'S Veal Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
4 cooked breaded veal servings
6 oz. pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in butter or margarine until tender.
Add tomato sauce, basil, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Bring to boil.
Arrange veal pieces in shallow casserole.
Pour sauce over meat.
