Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 large eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Crisco; add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well after adding each egg.
    Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Add flour mixture alternately with the milk.
    Add flavoring; fold in the coconut.
    Bake in a large tube pan for 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
